Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by SIPS 2017 at email@example.com.
- For cancellations received before or on August 1, 2017 an administrative fee of € 150 will be applied
- For cancellations received on or after August 1, 2017 there will be no refund
- For late arrival /early departure as referred to the dates confirmed booking the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of SIPS 2017 and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
FREE SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In case of non-attendance any attendant can choose to substitute him or herself free of charge with another person he chooses. This can be requested any time before the conference starts.
By registering to the summit any attendees is deemed to have accepted the above conditions for registration and accommodation
