AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Transfers from the Airport to the Hotel are offered by Hilton Arcadia Hotel in cooperation with Destination Asia. The rates are competitive.

Available options:

One way airport transfer by:

A Private Car : THB 1,250 net per way (Max 2 seater)

For 2 passengers with 2 large luggage (~25 kg per luggage) with 2 carry bags

A Private Van : THB 1,500 net per way (Max 5 seater)

For 3-5 passengers with 3-5 big large luggage (~25 kg per luggage) with 3-5 carry bags

48 hours prior to the arrival date

In the email please mention:
- your choose of vehicle.
- Flight details( Flight number and estimate arrival time )
- Number of pax per vehicle

Remarks

- Baby seat is complimentary
- Insurance included
- Type of car can be changed upon availability
- The cost of the transfer will be added to the room bill and paid upon departure.
- In case of no-show the full charge will be applied

Destination Asia representative with a hotel logo signboard will be on standby in the following meeting points

- for International Flights: outside of the International Arrival Terminal, Exit number 2
- For domestic flights: main arrival , gate no 1

Destination Asia representative will assist and escort the attendee to the car/van.

In case the attendee cannot find our hotel representative, please call the hotel at +66 76 396 433.

In the event of late cancellation/no-show a full charge will apply.
