Generate an Invitation Letter and/or Acceptance Confirmation

The invitation letter includes the official confirmation of acceptance for oral presentation.
You may generate an official and customized visa invitation letter for the SIPS2023. To personalize the letter, complete the fields below. Then print the letter and submit along with other required documentation to appropriate Consulate/Embassy. Please note that the letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa.

NOTE: Regarding visas for entering the Republic of Panama; EXECUTIVE DECREE # 521 states that:

Passport holders of any country that have one of the following: Permanent Residence Card, a valid multiple entry visa (that has been previously used), from the Canada, the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Australia, the Republic of Korea, the State of Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Republic of Singapore and any of the States that make up the European Union do not require a visa to enter Panama.

The visa granted by the countries mentioned in the previous article must be a multiple entry visa, has been used previously in the territory of the granting State and its validity shall not be less than six (6) months at the time of entering Panamanian territory.

SIPS 2023 cannot send the letter to an embassy or consulate for you nor can we contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork. It is crucial for the success of the application to apply at least three months in advance. SIPS 2023 may contact program participants (abstract submitters) to follow-up on specific visa requirements and may provide customized letters and supporting documentation as needed.
