On behalf of the co-chairs of the 9th Intl Symposium on New & Advanced Materials and Technologies for Energy, Environment, Health and Sustainable Development: Dr. Fernand Marquis (Materials Technologies & Systems, United States), Dr. Nikoloz Chikhradze (G.
