    Abstract:

    Drawing on 25 years of experience in international mediation this presentation explores key insights and practical lessons from resolving conflicts across diverse contexts. It highlights effective strategies, common challenges, and the role of negotiation, diplomacy, and cultural understanding in achieving sustainable agreements. A deeper understanding of the skills, approaches, and mindset necessary for successful mediation in complex, high-stakes situations is explained.
