Hon. Hon Dr Janez Potocnik's acceptance address to SIPS 2011 delegates and to Dr. Florian Kongoli on the occasion of receiving Fray International Sustainability Award at FLOGEN's 2011 Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit (SIPS 2011) in Cancun, Mexico.
Fray International Sustainability Award was the first Award given to Hon. Dr. Janez Potocnik who had just started his job as European Commissioner for the Environment.
Following the footsteps of other FLOGEN award recipients who have subsequently achieved further recognition, Hon. Dr Janez Potocnik was awarded in October 2015 the Adam Smith Prize for Environmental Economic Policy, by the Green Budget Germany
