AUTHORS' COFFEE
(at the day of presentation)

Authors' coffee provides an important opportunity for authors and session chairs to meet and coordinate final details on the presentation of papers. All morning and afternoon authors and session chairs are strongly urged to attend authors' coffee on the morning of their presentation only. Authors' coffee will be held at 7:00am-8:20am each morning in the San Diego Convention Center Room 6A.

Since the Technical sessions will be held in Marriott Hotel the authors should forecast enough time (around 10 minutes) to come to Marriott for their presentation after the breakfast.

PROJECTION EQUIPMENT AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
The standard equipment provided will be the following:
  • SVGA LCD PC projector
If choosing this equipment the authors need to bring with them a laptop (portable computer) and the session monitor will help to link it with the projector before the presentation. If using somebody?s else laptop the authors are strongly ADVISED to check their presentation in that laptop in advance to correct any possible problem that it is likely to occur because of different set of fonts available in each computer, the versions of software and other compatibility issues.
  • Overhead projectors
If authors choose this type of equipment they need to bring with them the transparencies sheets only.

If other equipment is needed (ex. 35 mm slide) please contact me by e-mail to YazawaSymp@FLOGEN.COM as soon as possible
