VAT Exemption Policy | Reservation

HOTEL SPECIAL PACKAGE:

The following special prices are assured for the summit attendees. These rates include 3% occupancy tax but do not include 16% VAT. VAT can be exempted for non-residents of Mexico for the summit dates (see the section below for details). These special rates require a minimum of 3 (three) nigh reservation

• Garden View Room: USD $169.40 /person/night in a Single Occupancy room.
• Garden View Room: USD $114.98 /person/night in a Double Occupancy room.
• Ocean  View Room: USD $184.09 /person/night in a Single Occupancy room.
• Ocean  View Room: USD $132.26 /person/night in a Double Occupancy room.
• Ocean Front Room: USD $203.95 /person/night in a Single Occupancy room.
• Ocean Front Room: USD $141.76 /person/night in a Double Occupancy room.

Children supplement charge (when sharing room with an adult):

• Child from 0-4 years old: Complimentary
• Child from 5-12 years old: US$65.00 per child, per night.
• Child from 13 years old are considered as an adult.

NOTE: The above rates are available for summit attendees from 17 to 30 October 2017. VAT can be exempted for summit dates only.

• Buffet Breakfast at Kalmia or Kambu Restaurant according to operational hours (no group reservations are allowed at hotel's restaurants),
• Lunch at Kalmia Restaurant (buffet) or Kambu Restaurant (buffet or a la carte) or Cevicheria (a la carte) (no group reservations are allowed at hotel's restaurants),
• Dinner at Kalmia (buffet) or Rosato (a la carte) or El Mexicana (a la carte) or Kambu (buffet or a la carte) or Tapa Bar (a la carte) according to operational hours or programmed events at private venue (no group reservations are allowed at hotel's restaurants),
• Open Bar with Premium and International Brands available by the glass in our Restaurants and Bars (according to operational hours),
• Pool Snacks in Pool Area (according to operational hours),
• Minibar including: soft drinks, domestic beer, bottled water and coffee (refreshed daily),
• 24 Hours Room Service

NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOTEL ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE:
Food and beverage not supplied by Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive, Amenity delivery, Phone lines and Installation, Purchases at concession (gift shop, travel agency, car rental, hair salon, etc.), Spa services, laundry service, pay per view movies and video games, Box lunches and catered meals to go for group banquet function or individuals, motorized water sports, lobster, premium cuts, bottles of wine, long distance calls, cell phone calls, baby sitter services, private security.

$315.00 per person for the entire summit dates from 22 to 26 October 2017 and includes:

• Two {2) hour welcome reception & dinner including Open Bar with Premium and International Brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
• Two (2) hour reception & dinner including Open Bar with Premium and International Brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
• One (1) hour cocktail reception including Open Bar with Premium and International Brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) prior to banquet dinner.
• Two (2) hour banquet dinner including Open Bar with Premium and International Brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
• One non alcoholic welcome beverage.
• Three buffet lunches including two hour Open Bar with Premium and International Brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
• Five (5) thirty (30) minute coffee breaks and two (2) fifteen minute coffee breaks on meeting days only as listed in Exhibit A.
• 15% Service charge.
• 16% VAT Tax.

VAT EXEMPTION POLICY The hotel offer VAT Exemption for summit attendees during the day of the summit (22-26 October, 2017). In order that ZERO VAT Exception to be applied, the attendees must comply with the following requirements:

• Must have the immigration document (tourist card) provided to all international visitors upon arrival to Mexico. Such document must be properly stamped by the immigration authorities and valid at least for the duration of the program. Program attendees will provide these immigration documents to the hotel upon arrival or prior to group check out.
• Provide the hotel the foreign passports upon arrival or prior to group check-out.
• Pay the bills upon checkout by a Credit Card issued outside Mexico.

Compliance with 100 Percent of the above requirements is necessary. Hotel will assist attendees in photocopying documents delivered by attendees at the time and place designated by the Hotel. Hotel will keep all photocopies of passports and immigration documents, confidential at all times, unless audited or subpoenaed by competent government authorities. Hotel will not use such documents for any other purpose other than proof for VAT exemption requirements.

Regardless of Zero Percent VAT, all other taxes levied by the Mexican government still apply, such as room occupancy tax. This tax is already included in the All Inclusive rate. Client agrees that occupancy tax is levied by the Mexican government and subject to change in accordance with government regulations in force, therefore the All Inclusive Rate may change according to the occupancy tax modification. The Hotel will provide all necessary instruments such as copy machine, paper, labor, to obtain documents or paperwork for the Zero (0%) VAT. It is the guest's responsibility to provide the necessary documents upon check-in.

If the attendee does no comply with the above requirement Zero VAT Tax exception will NOT be applied and All Inclusive Package Rates will apply as follows:

• Ocean  View Room: USD $212.00 /person/night in a Single Occupancy room.
• Ocean  View Room: USD $152.00 /person/night in a Double Occupancy room.
• Ocean Front Room: USD $235.00 /person/night in a Single Occupancy room.
• Ocean Front Room: USD $163.00 /person/night in a Double Occupancy room.
