Oral Presentation

The oral presentation must be between 20-25 minutes in length. Visuals must be prepared in PowerPoint format, using the template that can be downloaded here.

In addition to uploading the presentation in your account, the PowerPoint file needs to be brought in a USB key by the presenting author to the conference room, at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session, in order to upload it to the conference laptop for the presentation.

To upload the presentation online, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "UPLOAD PRESENTATION"
  3. Select the abstract corresponding to the presentation
  4. Resubmit the presentation in "POWERPOINT" and "PDF" forms (if re-uploading, the old version will be replaced)
  5. Finally, click on "UPLOAD" button to finish
