Important Note: Anyone that does not stay in Hyatt's Dreams Playa Bonita needs to know that the hotel charges a fee of 75$ per day to enter and that includes breakfast, lunch and all drinks. Group dinners at evenings are covered by the registration fees. The entry fees is the policy of the hotel and the organizing committee cannot change this hotel policy.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
Best price guarantee:
The Resort has assured that the contracted rates at this resort for SIPS 2023 event will be at least 10% lower than publicized rates with the same type and service offered compared to public available rates in other channels. If any attendees find better rates for the period they are advised to contact us at symposiums@flogen.org
Cut-off date:
In order to get the preferred rates, the booking of the rooms for the SIPS 2023 meeting event must be done before the cut-off date on Monday, November 13th, 2023, after this date the public available rates only will be available
Room Types:
Room types will be subject to availability as no space is secured unless each guest makes their reservation.
Deposit:
In order to guarantee each reservation full payment will be applied automatically to the credit card provided at the moment of booking.
According to the HOTEL policies all guests must show the same credit card used to create the reservation and ID, at the moment of the check in to verify the authenticity of the card holder, otherwise the HOTE will require to charge for the room with a different credit card.
Cancellation & Attrition Policy:
- Up to 61 days prior arrival, rooms can be cancelled without a penalty, or any modification can be done without a fee (name changes, occupancy, dates, etc.) (Until Wednesday, September 27, 2023)
- 60 days or less prior arrival (Thursday, September 28, 2023 or less), rooms cancelled will result in total charge for the entire stay. Any modification to decrease their room revenue will apply full penalty (all reduced nights will be charged). The only modification allowed is change of name of the reservation, and no fee will apply.
Check in Procedure:
At check-in the attendees will provide to the Hotel an acceptable form of payment (major credit cards or deposit of $100.00 USD per day to cover any incidentals that are outside the coverage mentioned above. Attendees before departure from hotel must settle these uncover incidentals. In case of no incidentals outside the coverage are used the deposit will be released in the credit card and payment with cash will be refunded
Important Note:
It is strongly advised to book the room at only at Hyatt's Dreams Playa Bonita Panama Resort using the special code given. The rates are at minimum 10% lower for all available public available rates for this hotel. Other hotels are a minimum 20 minutes by taxis away that adds up cost and tine but also if you stay in another hotel the summit hotel will charge you an entry fee to access it premises.
Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM; early check-in and late check-out provided upon hotel availability.
