Malcolm McNeil

Short Bio:

Mr. McNeil is an International legal practitioner based in Los Angeles and San Francisco and is a partner and International CoLeader aox Schiff, LLP. His practice spans all types of international matters that have cross border issues. This includes M&A tranactions to litigation and arbitration. Mr McNeil is a recognized bar lleader. He is past president of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and is currently the incoming president of the Beverly Hills Bar Asosciation. He serves in leadership capacities whth the American Bar Association, and is a member of the International Bar Association. He is a panel arbitrator for three Chinese arbitration tribunals, and serves as a mediator for the United States District Court. Mr. McNeil is admitted to the State Bar of California, several federal district courts, the 5th and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Court of International Trade, and the United States Supreme Court.
