The Resort has assured that the contracted rates at this resort for SIPS 2025 event will be at least 10% lower than publicized rates with the same type and service offered compared to public available rates in other channels. If any attendees find better rates for the period, they are advised to contact us at

Room types will be subject to availability as no space is secured unless each guest makes their reservation.
Deposit:
In order to guarantee each reservation full payment will be applied automatically to the credit card provided at the moment of booking.
Cancellation & Attrition Policy:
- One (1) night cancellation to be paid if cancelled before 30 August 2025.
- No cancellation after 30 August 2025 will be accepted only change of occupants but guaranteed stay dates should be the same.

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in (after 08:00) or late check-out (before 18:00) will be charged 50% of the above rate.
