Short Bio:

SILVIO MAGALHAES BARROS II -
Civil Engineer with a focus on the Sanitary and Environmental area. Began his professional activities in the Brazilian Amazon. Was Mayor of Maringá between 2005 and 2012 and is currently serving his third term as municipal mayor.
Served as Secretary of Planning and General Coordination and later Secretary of Urban Development of the State of Paraná. Has worked as a consultant in Sustainability and Collaborative Governance and organizer of international missions for public managers. Has been a columnist on sustainability at the CBN radio station since 2014.
