- Theme Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on Monday, 21 October 2024
- Gala Dinner, Drinks, Award Ceremony and Artistic/Dancing Show on Tuesday, 22 October 2024
- Dinner and Artistic/Dancing Show on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 (to be decided)
- All coffee break refreshments
- Conference materials (badges, lanyards, printed program)
- Participation in all scientific symposia and technical sessions of the summit

GUEST POLICY
The registration fee for one additional guest is 250 Euros, in order for the guest to participate in all activities alongside his/her own summit attendee. This includes:

- Theme Dinner, Drinks and Artistic/Dancing Show on Monday, 21 October 2024
