BOOKING PROCEDURE
Best price guarantee:
The Resort has assured that the contracted rates at this resort for SIPS 2024 event will be at least 10% lower than publicized rates with the same type and service offered compared to public available rates in other channels. If any attendees find better rates for the period, they are advised to contact us at
symposiums@flogen.org.
Booking Link:
In order to get the preferred rates, the booking of the rooms for the SIPS 2024 meeting event must be done using the booking link that is found below.
Special Note: Booking link will also include accommodation rates for other room categories (jr suite, suites etc)
Room Types:
Room types will be subject to availability as no space is secured unless each guest makes their reservation.
Deposit:
In order to guarantee each reservation full payment will be applied automatically to the credit card provided at the moment of booking.
Cancellation & Attrition Policy:
- 90 days before arrival total cost of accommodation will be charged on the provided credit card (July 22, 2024)
- In case of room / room night cancellation 60 days before arrival, 25% of the total cost of the accommodation will be charged as cancellation fees and the rest amount will be refunded (August 21, 2024).
- Any room / room night cancellation from 59 days up to arrival date: 100% will apply (August 22, 2024).
- The only modification allowed is change of name of the reservation, and no fee will apply.
Important Note
It is strongly advised to book the room only at Out of the Blue Resort using the special link given. The rates are at minimum 10% lower for all available public available rates for this hotel.
