To ensure that attendees are adequately protected during their travel and stay, we require all participants to purchase and maintain suitable travel and medical insurance coverage for the entire duration of the event.
Mandatory Insurance Requirements:- Travel Insurance: Attendees must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers, but is not limited to, trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, and personal liability.
- Medical Insurance: Attendees must have adequate international medical insurance to cover medical expenses, including emergency medical treatment and evacuation, should it be necessary.
Important Notes:- FLOGEN Stars Outreach will not be responsible for any medical or travel-related expenses incurred by attendees. This includes, but is not limited to, medical treatment costs, hospitalization, travel delays, cancellations, lost or damaged belongings, and any other unforeseen expenses.
