The price of the exhibition is 550 USD/sqm (~3500 BRL as per 12 February 2025 exchange rate)

Each booth includes the following standard provisions:
- Booth Space for the duration of the event (May 4-8, 2026)
- Electricity and Standard Lighting
- Standard Furniture (e.g., tables, chairs, display stands)
- Event Support: Assistance with booth assembly and logistical coordination
- Visibility: Your organization's name and logo featured in event materials
Other related cost for exhibitors:
- Production of institutional and promotional materials, such as folders, multimedia presentations, reports, and other items for exhibition and shipping
- Travel and accommodation of the 2 (two) official representatives of the exhibitor during the event.
Deadlines:
To ensure the participation at the event with an exhibition booth the prospective exhibitors in the event, the following deadlines must be met:
- September 29, 2025: Confirmation of Participation. The exhibitor must officially confirm its presence and indicate the two representatives who will make up the delegation.
There is a 15% discount fee if payment for the exhibition is done by 30 October 2025
- December 15, 2025: Submission of Logistical Information in order the event organizing team be available to support the logistical planning of the of the prospective exhibitor
- February 15th, 2026: Preparation of Exhibition Materials. All promotional and institutional materials of the prospective exhibitor must be finalized and be ready for presentation.
Method of Payment:
Attendees and Exhibitors who are residing in Brazil will pay the fees by Bank Transfer to a Brazilian bank account in USD.
All other attendees and exhibitors outside Brazil will have the option to pay by credit card or Bank transfer in USD.
The bank detail information will be given at the registration page when the invoice will be generated automatically.
