The municipal wastewater treatment and its re-use for industrial purposes need priority in view of depleting earth water resources.

The topics presented in the public documents, mindful of the fact that BRICS is an intergovernmental organization, such as proposals to emphasize overcoming poverty and improving living conditions and women's participation, are central to the recommendations on the content addressed by the coordination and participants.
