HOTEL SPECIAL PACKAGE:

Special prices are assured for the summit attendees. » For Conference Dates (06 to 10 November, 2016):

• Forest/Mountain View Room: 900 CNY (RMB) (~125 Euro on 15 Jan 2016) per person, per room, per night-single occupancy
• Forest/Mountain View Room: 450 CNY (RMB) (~63 Euro on 15 Jan 2016) per person, per room, per night in double occupancy
• Sea View Room: 1200 CNY (RMB) (~167 Euro on 15 Jan 2016) per person, per room, per night in single occupancy
• Sea View Room: 600 CNY (RMB) (~83 Euro as of 15 Jan 2016) per person, per room, per night in double occupancy

In a special deal with the resort the above rates are available for the summit attendees up to 5 days before and up to 5 days after the summit official dates. However these rooms are limited in number and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. The attendees are strongly suggested to book the rooms as soon as possible to avoid surprises.

Included in the above mentioned rates are the following:

• Heavy buffet breakfast served from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM - sometimes you need no lunch
  • Maximum 2 free breakfasts per adult per room
  • Maximum 2 free breakfasts per children under 6 years old per room
  • extra breakfast per adult will be charged at CNY 239 (RMB)(~33 Euro on 15 Jan 2016) net per person.
  • extra breakfast for Children aged 6-12 years old will be charged CNY 119.5 (RMB) (~17 Euro on 15 Jan 2016) .

NOT-included in the above mentioned rates are the following:

• Local Government Tax of RMB11 (~1.5 Euro on 15 Jan 2016) per person per night
• SPA services
• Selected guest organized activities
• Value-added tax (where applicable),if Chinese government establish a country wide VAT before and applicable to the Summit dates(at present no VAT is established yet)
