Low special all-inclusive room rates have been contracted for the summit dates (Oct. 4 to 9, 2015) as well as five (5) days before the summit dates (September 29 to October 3, 2015) and five (5) days after summit dates (Oct 9 to October 14, 2015). For more details click here



IMPORTANT

60% of the rooms are contracted with sea view and 40% with forest view. The price of both types of rooms is the same. The sea view rooms will be assigned on first-come-first-served basis. In this point of view the attendees are encouraged to do the booking as soon as possible. Furthermore, because of very early booking for the high-season-dates around the summit, the attendees are strongly encouraged to do the booking early in order to avoid the surprise of finding the hotel fully booked. Please note that a minimum of 2 nights booking is necessary in order to get the special prices from the hotel. All booking for less than 2 nights the hotel price per day increases by 50 Euros
