Short Bio:

Andre Wulff Hirano: Process engineer at ThyssenKrupp CSA, actively working in the technical unit which holds the Blast Furnace, Sinter Plant and Coke Plant process. Responsible for:- Quality evaluation of raw material and its influence on the ironmaking process; - Operational stability and process control of the Blast Furnace;- Coke Plant process control;- Automation and Mathematical Modelling of Blast Furnace Process;- Efficiency of the unit operations equipments in the process; - Technical standardization; - Experience plans to the process optimization;- Evaluation of environmental impact by the Coke plant and BF's. Experience: Senior Process Engineer ThyssenKrupp CSA agosto de 2012 - now Rio de Janeiro e Regiao, Brasil Ironmaking Engineer - Blast Furnace- Raw materials evaluation (iron ore, coal and coke);- Process control and optimization;- Improvement projects in order to reduce production cost;- Production planning.
