In March 2019, Dr. Florian Kongoli had the honor of delivering a public lecture at Nanyang University of Technology (NTU) in Singapore, invited by the President of NTU on the occasion of the inauguration of the new Institute of Science and Technology for Humanity (NISTH). In this lecture, he discussed the role of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and science and technology in shaping our world, utilizing the FLOGEN Sustainability Framework.

Discussions about AI were less prevalent than they are today. Dr. Florian Kongoli spoke about AI's potential and the importance of properly controlling its development. His lecture, which was ahead of its time, accurately forecasted many of the buzzwords and concerns surrounding AI that we hear about today.

Dr.Florian Kongoli believes that this demonstration of foresight and leadership in the field of AI is significant. It underscores the importance of leveraging AI sustainably and responsibly to address global challenges and drive positive change.
