Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil was honoured by FLOGEN with the prestigious 2019 Lee International Law Award at the at the Gala ceremony of FLOGEN's 2019 Sustainability through Science and Technology / Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit (SIPS 2019) in Paphos, Cyprus, in October 2019 a ceremony presided by Dr. Florian Kongoli, SIPS President.

Following the footsteps of other FLOGEN award recipients who have subsequently achieved further recognition, Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil has recently been further recognised for his exceptional contributions to the legal field and community service. He was recognized by the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) with a Certificate of Appreciation for his significant contributions to resolving legal cases through the court's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
Dr. McNeil’s volunteer efforts help reduce one of the nation’s heaviest litigation burdens and were officially acknowledged by Judge Flurer and Judge Tapia. This important work continues into 2025.
