Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil, Arent Fox LLP, USA Recognized by Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) with Certificate of Appreciation
Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil, Attorney at Law, Arent Fox LLP, USA, and President-Elect of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, USA, was recognized by the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) with a Certificate of Appreciation for his significant contributions to resolving legal cases through the court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil was honoured by FLOGEN with the prestigious 2019 Lee International Law Award at the at the Gala ceremony of FLOGEN's 2019 Sustainability through Science and Technology / Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit (SIPS 2019) in Paphos, Cyprus, in October 2019 a ceremony presided by Dr. Florian Kongoli, SIPS President.

Following the footsteps of other FLOGEN award recipients who have subsequently achieved further recognition, Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil has recently been further recognised for his exceptional contributions to the legal field and community service. He was recognized by the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) with a Certificate of Appreciation for his significant contributions to resolving legal cases through the court's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.

Dr. McNeil’s volunteer efforts help reduce one of the nation’s heaviest litigation burdens and were officially acknowledged by Judge Flurer and Judge Tapia. This important work continues into 2025.
Dr. Malcolm S. McNeil’s commitment to alternative dispute resolution and pro bono service reflects the same dedication to societal impact that defines FLOGEN award recipients. His recognition by the LASC highlights the importance of bridging the legal system with community-driven service.

FLOGEN Sustainability through Science and Technology / Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit (SIPS), is a yearly event that is deeply science-focused and technology & engineering-oriented. It has been organized since 2003 by the not-for-profit corporation. FLOGEN Stars Outreach (https://www.flogen.org), which is dedicated to achieving sustainability through science and technology. It incorporates summit plenary lectures from well-known speakers that address the link between scientific, technology and engineering domains in the pursuit of sustainable development, as well as specific science, technology and engineering symposia that feature technical presentations with the same goals in mind.
Based on the FLOGEN Sustainability Framework (https://flogen.org/pdf/sips16_524FS.pdf), following a long and rich tradition, the summit covers 3 sustainability pillars: (1) Science, Technology & Industry, (2) Governance & Management and (3) Education & Civil Society.
It attracts the participation of numerous Nobel Laureates and many Distinguished Guests. It features in average about 50 scientific and technology symposia covering various distinguished fields. Academics, Engineers, Managers, Directors, CEOs, Medical Doctors, Lawyers, Economists and Politicians are in attendance.
