FLOGEN AWARD RECIPIENTS GET FURTHER HIGH RECOGNITION 28

In follow up with its rich long-track and ice-breaker record of discovering and honoring engineering stars, FLOGEN honored John Starkey, President of Starkey Associates Inc., Canada, with Fray International Sustainability Award during its flagship event SIPS 2016, on 8 November 2016 in China. This is the first Award that goes to a consulting engineer of 25 years in mining industry without any postgraduate academic degree. The details of the Award with pictures and videos are given here.
It is worth nothing that John Starkey in this FLOGEN post-award interview video says: "When you work in lower levels without recognition for many years, you never think of...an Award".
Well, this is in fact what FLOGEN Star Outreach does: discovers silent stars among engineers and scientists and bring them at the proper level of recognition.
In fact, after FLOGEN Fray International Sustainability Award, John Starkey was subsequently awarded for his contribution in Mining Industry by Canadian Institute of Mining with the Fellowship Award and Distinguished Speaker Award. And this is not new for FLOGEN. Previous recipients of Fray International Sustainability Award that got further recognition are given here.
